You need to submit an email to raanhelp@gmail.com AFTER purchasing or your order will be CANCELLED! Subject of email should be Element Drive and Order Number. You will need to send your Facebook name (if you are advertising/selling through Facebook), Link to where finished designs will be sold (ALL links of where it will be sold) Any Facebook groups/pages- TikTok's- Instagram-Twitter-ETC. that you will be selling, or advertising finished designs. Also, the key word in the terms of use below.

DRIVES ARE LIMITED!!! Only 5 will be released at a random time on the 1st of every month!

This drive STARTS to get added to on December 1, 2022. Elements will be added through out the month. 

Please check out with a a Gmail email to be added to drive. You will be added to drive and receive an email with invitation within 24 hrs of purchase.

• No refunds will be given for any Digital Drive-Please contact me at raanhelp@gmail.com if you ever have any issues! Please note that I am not Technical Support and tech issues should be taken care of by you or Google.
• All designs, images, and clip art are the intellectual property of RAAN Designs Inc. All copyrights remain with RAAN Designs Inc. and should NOT be claimed as your own (Finished designs created with elements can be claimed as yours, but not the elements with in the finished product)
• You are the only licensed user of the design or clip art you’ve purchased. It may not be shared with anyone at any time unless put into your own design. Not with friends, Not with people on the internet. (Basically don't buy the elements and send the raw file to ANYONE)

• By purchasing RAAN Designs Inc. downloads, you agree to read and abide by our Terms of Use.

• ❤ You may sell your finished design using RAAN Designs Inc. Elements digitally after it has been edited, overlapped, and combined with other elements to make a completely new design. Simply adding words above, under, or to the side would not suffice. There needs to be some overlap so you cannot extract the clipart alone from your design. 

• You MAY alter the elements to what you need. Colors, lines, shapes, erasing parts, or adding onto any elements is OK! Get creative!!

• Always watermark over your previews to protect RAAN Designs Inc.'s Artwork. If you are caught sharing-selling images with out watermarking over the art work you will be warned, 2nd offense is automatic removal from the drive and banned from all platforms and from any future purchases from this website.

I CAN NOT USE ANY PART OF THIS CLIP ART OR DESIGN FOR

• ⚠ Sharing with other users to create a custom design or transfer for you. These are YOUR files now, do not share elements.
• ⚠ Changing a color, a pattern, a shape, and reselling as your own elements. These elements may NOT be sold as an element or a PART of an element. (Ex. Adding a flower to a skeleton hand and reselling as your own element: NOT OK)
• ⚠ POD use. RAAN Designs Elements should not be used with any 3rd party printing service without permission. Unless it's apart of your finished design.
• ⚠ Clip Art may not be used to recreate my finished designs. Using my clip art or designs to directly compete with my products is prohibited. If your finished design can be confused with one of my designs using the same elements, then it's too close! THIS WILL BE AUTOMATIC REMOVAL FROM DRIVE, ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS AND BANNED FROM FUTURE PURCHASING.

These designs are created and sold by RAAN Designs Inc. All designs are digitally trademarked. Sharing, selling or giving away designs WILL be met with a cease-and-desist order and legal action taken. Designs can be printed and put on physical products. A license will be needed to sell transfers. (Sublimation, screen print, DTF)
